About Keep Empowering Youth
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower at-risk youth and young adults by providing the tools, guidance, and opportunities they need to break cycles of poverty, violence, and neglect. We are committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where they can grow, heal, and thrive—personally, academically, and emotionally. Through mentorship, education, life skills training, and community engagement, we help our youth realize their full potential and build a brighter future.
Our Program
Our program is designed to meet at-risk youth and young adults where they are—and help guide them to where they want to be. We offer a range of services and supports that focus on personal development, life skills, education, and community healing.
We understand the challenges our youth face, from unstable environments to past trauma, and we’re here to be a consistent source of strength, guidance, and opportunity.
Our core program areas include:
• Mentorship & Life Coaching
One-on-one and group mentoring that helps youth build confidence, set goals, and stay accountable.
• Life Skills & Workforce Readiness
Workshops and training in areas like financial literacy, communication, job readiness, and entrepreneurship.
• Violence Prevention & Healing Circles
Safe spaces and guided discussions that promote healing, conflict resolution, and community unity.
• Support for System-Impacted Youth
Specialized services for youth transitioning from detention, foster care, or unstable housing, helping them build a stable, positive future.
• Recreation & Positive Engagement
Activities like sports, field trips, and creative arts to encourage teamwork, discipline, and healthy outlets.

Our team is made up of passionate individuals who are dedicated to changing lives and giving youth a chance to rise above their circumstances. Many of us have lived experience and understand firsthand the challenges our youth face—because we’ve been there too. That’s what makes our connection real and our commitment unshakable.
We are mentors, educators, advocates, and community leaders who bring compassion, wisdom, and purpose to everything we do. Together, we are building a foundation of trust, respect, and opportunity for every young person who walks through our doors.
